For over forty years, the Crane Owners Association (COA) has represented union crane rental contractors of Northern California in collective bargaining and administration of the Master Agreement for Equipment Rental negotiated with Operating Engineers Local #3. Together with the Union, the COA assists in developing and promoting education, training programs, certification compliance, market recovery activities and other labor-management initiatives. In addition, the COA monitors state and federal regulations that may impact the crane rental industry.
